Welcome! To celebrate our 11th Masterclass Sessions we are very pleased to be able to welcome some new friends and some old ones.

We are immensely proud to have with us Darcey Bussell, whom will need no introduction to dancers or dance fans. Until her retirement in 2007 she was the one of the leading lights at the Royal Ballet for nearly twenty years, and one of the most filmed and documented ballet stars ever. We are also very proud to have Igor Kolb , a star from the Maryinsky Kirov Ballet, joining us for the first time this year. From Berlin we have the beautiful Senior Principal dancer Beatrice Knop. From Royal Swedish Ballet we have the wonderful  Jan-Erik Wikstrom who has been a principal dancer with them since 1993, and joining him from Sweden we have the senior principal Marie Lindqvist. From ENB we have the amazing Vadim Muntagirov joining us for the first time and of course we have our very own Christopher Hampson and Daria Klimentová, Christopher is now the Artistic Director of Scottish Ballet. From Germany we have the unique Marguerite Donlon the Director/Choreographer of Donlon Dance Company based in Saarbruecken, Germany.  From Cape Town City Ballet we have Keith Mackintosh (ballet master/assistant Director). From Prague we have the very talented Jan Kodet (ballet master at the National Theatre) and the former principal dancer from the National Theatre Jiri Horak along with our regular class teacher the wonderful Vaclav Janecek.
